I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost. LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. REDO POLICY: At Modern Hair Studio we will do our best to ensure that all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. while adjustments can be made, no refunds will be made. EXTRA PERSON POLICY: We understand that finding caretakers for individuals who rely on you can be hard. We request that you do not bring any extra people with you to your appointment as we are limited on space in a salon suite. This includes children of all ages.
